The Hillsborough County Center of Excellence, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation whose vision is to build capacity in youth to excel in educational, cultural, and social endeavors.

The Center was established in 1985 as part of a network of 12 Centers of Excellence (COE) in the state of Florida under the guidance of the Florida Education Fund (FEF).

Each Center operates core programs that provide academic assistance, cultural enrichment, leadership development, networking, and community service activities for students.
